* advised me that she would write a revised script and that while I had a stigmatism and cataracts, they were not yet candidates for surgery.Only when I returned home did I realize the script was the same as last year.I called to complain and was offered a free retest - I asked if dilation was required and was told no.When I attended on time to the office for the new test, I was made to wait about 1.5 hours while others were allowed into the secondary waiting area.When I complained about the wait, I was told they were waiting for my eyes to dilate! Dilation drugs were neither given nor required.I left the office saying I was not prepared to be treated this way.Medicare paid part of the ****, but the office started sending me invoices for my part $196.15 I declined to pay in writing stating why multiple times and left several messages for billing **** again stating why I would not pay.The practice never responded to my letters or phone messages.
